Though the Men of Letters base, affectionately the Bat Cave, is larger than one might expect, Dean Winchester’s ability to notice when something in the room is different still applies. He realizes when Sammy’s cleaned the beer bottles from the top of the bookcase, or if he’s finished off the last of the nukeable dinners.

With such a finely honed skill, Dean does not have much trouble realizing that the last time he was in this room, there was not a white shopping bag on the table.
